ORDERING & CUSTOMIZATION

Browse our collections, pick the piece you want, select your size and color, and add any customization details in the order notes at checkout. We'll take care of the rest.

Yes — 100%. Every single piece is embroidered by our team in Palm Bay, Florida. We never outsource. This means we control the quality of every stitch on every order.

We exclusively use Lane Seven premium heavyweight apparel. Our hoodies and crewnecks are 10 oz (340 GSM) cotton-poly fleece. Our tees are 7.66 oz (260 GSM) 100% combed cotton jersey. These are thick, soft, and built to last.

Yes, we have an option to rush your order! Contact us before placing your order and we'll work out the details.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Since every piece is embroidered to order, processing time is approximately 1–2 weeks. We don't keep pre-made inventory — your piece is made fresh when you order it.

After we ship your parcel, delivery typically takes 3–12 business days within the USA via UPS Ground. Actual delivery time depends on your location.

Please contact us for assistance. Fees for retrieval and reshipment will apply in cases where the address entered at checkout was incorrect.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We work hard to get all orders processed quickly. Once an order has been placed and payment processed, we cannot cancel your order as production may have already started.

We do not accept returns or exchanges since every piece is custom made to order. Please make sure to check our sizing guide before making a purchase.
